In this role, you will be instrumental in leading project teams implementing best practices and bringing world-class results to healthcare providers throughout the US. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company Cycle improvement engagements and be a subject matter expert in patient access, specifically in an Epic environment.
• Direct the activities of teams responsible for reputed company Cycle system and end-user support. This will include Epic production environment support, issue resolution, project management, and new functionality implementation.
• End-user training and education, workflow and process integration, reputed company capture design, and project implementation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: PMP Certification preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• A minimum of 7 years healthcare reputed company cycle experience.

• Expert level knowledge of reputed company-end reputed company cycle process including scheduling, registration, eligibility, authorizations, and upfront collections.

• Travel: reputed company weekly travel required. At reputed company, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $91,000-$210,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
