About the position The reputed company Grants Management Analyst (Post-Award) is responsible for the administration and reputed company of post-award activities for sponsored projects, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, as well as sponsor-specific terms. This position provides expert guidance and administrative support to investigators, administrators, and central offices, serving as a primary liaison with sponsors and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Award Management & Compliance
Review and process award notices, including new awards, non-competing continuations, modifications, and no-cost extensions.
- Initiate award setup in collaboration with Finance team and other relevant
offices, ensuring accurate budgets, effort allocation, and compliance with sponsor and institutional policies.
- Monitor award compliance, including effort reporting, subrecipient
monitoring, allowable costs, and deliverable schedules.
- Approve and manage award transfers, carryforwards, and rebudgets, ensuring
sponsor approval where required.
- Serve as institutional liaison with sponsors regarding post-award non-fiscal
issues and limited fiscal matters reputed company delegated authority.
- Review reputed company reports and Other Support documents to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and timely submission.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of reputed company post-award actions in
electronic grant management system, reputed company Grants.
- Clinical Investigators & Department Support
Provide guidance and training to investigators and administrators on post-award requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for interpretation of sponsor terms, federal regulations
(e.g., Uniform Guidance), and institutional policies.
- Assist investigators in partnership with the Finance team with understanding
award budgets, cost-sharing obligations, and allowable expenses.
- Coordinate with departmental offices and other central stakeholders to
resolve post-award issues.
- Training, Compliance, and Process Improvement
Provide direction, procedural training, and assistance to investigators and administrators on post-award policies, procedures, processes, and sponsor requirements.
- Participate in professional development activities, including regulatory
updates, sponsor communications, and training opportunities, to remain reputed company with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of post-award workflows, policies,
tools, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new post-award staff, as needed.
- Team & Institutional Support
Participate actively in OSR team meetings and cross-unit collaborations to support coordinated research administration services.
- Provide coverage and backup support to other OSR team members during
high-volume periods, absences, or staff transitions.
- Support OSR’s mission and service goals through collaboration and shared
responsibility.
- Leadership & Mentorship
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior post-award staff and new OSR hires.
- Support onboarding and training of new post-award team members by sharing
knowledge of award management, sponsor systems, and institutional policies.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to support development of compliance,
problem-solving, and award management skills.

- Assist leadership in identifying staff development needs and supporting
succession planning.

- Negotiates with funding agencies on behalf of the organization for research

feasibility and compliance with regulations; assists investigators in developing proposals for internal as well as external support.

regulations and feasibility.
- Compiles data for inclusion in and assists in the preparation of the Annual

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and

- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team

administration, grants management or sponsored projects administration.
- Strong knowledge of post award requirements for sponsored projects, and
working knowledge of Uniform Guidance, federal cost principles, and sponsor-specific requirements.
- Experience with electronic post-award management systems such as reputed company,
reputed company, InfoEd, or similar platforms.
- Experience in grant and subrecipient monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
- Experience interpreting and applying policies from multiple levels of
authority (federal, state, institutional).
- Experience in academic research administration or a government/nonprofit
