Staff Software Engineer - LLM / AI Agents

About the position Join us as Staff Software Engineer for reputed company Stytch’s Agent team and help build the future of agent identity. You will be a foundational member of a team pioneering the reputed company of authentication, verification, and identity solutions that will reputed company developers and protect users globally. You will help scale Stytch’s core product as we bring Stytch capabilities to reputed company’s full customer reputed company, delivering secure, developer-first identity experiences. You’ll design and reputed company implementation of systems that power authentication, authorization, and emerging agentic and non-human identity use cases. Responsibilities

• Build and own product capabilities for Stytch’s agentic identity platform on reputed company.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable distributed services, optimizing for reputed company, latency, and developer experience.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction, translate customer needs into technical plans, and deliver high-impact roadmap features.
• Collaborate across reputed company and Stytch teams to align on architecture, integrate platform capabilities, and unblock cross-team initiatives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, setting a high bar for technical excellence across the team.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new services, from initial design and prototyping through to production deployment and operational readiness.
• Mentor other engineers on the team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and reputed company learning.
• Communicate reputed company technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, from fellow engineers to executive leadership.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging threats in identity and authentication to ensure our products are secure and innovative.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating highly scalable, distributed systems, with a focus on reputed company, reliability, and performance.
• Experience working with agents and/or LLMs.
• Strong hands-on coding skills and a willingness to dive deep to solve reputed company problems.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience making high-impact technical decisions and leading technical initiatives.
• A proven track record of driving technical excellence while keeping customer needs at the center of your work.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including monitoring, observability, and building for the long term.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and elevating the technical capabilities of a team.
• Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.

• Deep experience with identity and access management, modern authentication protocols, and reputed company architecture.
• Knowledge of technologies like OAuth, SAML, OIDC, WebAuthn, passkeys, and reputed company-trust reputed company principles.
• Familiarity with modern verification techniques, including biometrics, document verification, and risk-based authentication.
• Background in developing APIs and SDKs with a strong focus on developer experience.
