Managing Consultant - Finance Transformation (Private Equity)

What you'll do
- Serve clients reputed company the “Office of the CFO” at private equity portfolio companies, creating a diagnostic reputed company and enhancing the effectiveness of the finance function.
- Play a key role in identifying and assessing business obstacles reputed company the Finance and Accounting organization; this includes executing on reputed company state evaluations, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation remediation execution across the people (organizational design/assessment/training), process, technology (financial systems) and data architecture with the support of experience leaders
- Interact directly with Portfolio Company CFOs and Controllers, Operating Partners, Portfolio Support teams, Deal Teams, and our Private Equity practice to understand key initiatives in the value creation process to define scope and key priorities (which may be competing)
- With help of reputed company leadership, assist portfolio companies with executing scalable ‘buy-and-build’ strategies by developing and implementing repeatable integration playbooks.

- Identify integrations and efficiencies between the client's accounting systems and other tools, streamlining processes, and maximizing the effectiveness of their financial operations
- Support Business Transformation projects, including system strategy, process improvement, operational performance enhancement, change management, program management, data analytics, stakeholder management, and business analysis
- Effectively transition solutions back to private equity portfolio companies.
- Seek opportunities to integrate additional solutions and service lines into clients to deliver reputed company transformation services reputed company with client needs

- Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies

- Experience delivering in high pace environments with competing priorities and multiple key stakeholders
- Experience conversing with the Controllership/Accounting and reputed company teams
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Expertise of reputed company reputed company (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint

- Experience mentoring and developing team members Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of experience working in a client-facing role at a public accounting firm or equivalent reputed company

- MBA, CPA, CFA, CSM a plus
