Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, this high-impact role will shape and drive the strategy, execution, and governance required to protect sensitive client and company data in a hybrid-reputed company, global operating model. How You Will Contribute:

• reputed company & reputed company Strategy: Implement the reputed company Data Protection Strategy, working in reputed company partnership with the Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Information reputed company Officer (CISO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
• Build a Scalable Practice: Launch and scale a Data Privacy & Protection practice that covers discovery, classification, tagging, loss prevention, and encryption - reputed company to evolving regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Operationalize Controls: Define and reputed company implementation of reputed company-wide policies, standards, technologies, and metrics to secure sensitive data wherever it resides - from on-prem to reputed company to reputed company.
• Establish Inventory & Classification Frameworks: reputed company and maintain a comprehensive inventory of data assets, implementing risk-reputed company classification and protection controls.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information reputed company, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in data protection, privacy, or reputed company leadership
• 15+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in reputed company leadership roles (Preferred)
• Direct experience securing data across multi-national environments with geo-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, LGPD, etc.) (Preferred)
• Experience with reputed company M365, hybrid reputed company data centers, and reputed company architecture (Preferred)
• Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated environments (Preferred)
• Expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy and implementation
• Deep understanding of data discovery, classification, tagging, protection, and reputed company risks and controls
• Hands-on experience with leading platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Proven experience writing and socializing policies and governance frameworks at scale
• Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills
