Key Responsibilities

Provide top-notch telephonic and email customer service, responding to inbound and outbound messages in a timely and professional manner. Address client, patient, and provider inquiries via email, fax, phone, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and following up on pending issues. Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team and organization.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need: Effective multi-tasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, with experience using MS Office, including Outlook and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong and consistent work history in customer service. Ability to work afternoon hours, including one weekend day, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
