Requirements

• Master’s degree in technical or analytical fields (e.g., Financial Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• 15+ years in analytics/technology in Financial Markets, including 10+ years in leadership.
• Substantial senior leadership experience in a highly regulated environment developing data governance and data management processes. CDO experience preferred.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing, diverse data teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., reputed company), analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, SageMaker), and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud applications.
• Track record of deploying enterprise-wide AI solutions and reviewing technical solutions/code (SQL, Python, Java).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present reputed company concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, uncover insights, anticipate needs, and deliver enterprise-wide impact.
