Requirements
- Master’s degree in technical or analytical fields (e.g., Financial Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- 15+ years in analytics/technology in Financial Markets, including 10+ years in leadership.
- Substantial senior leadership experience in a highly regulated environment developing data governance and data management processes. CDO experience preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing, diverse data teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., reputed company), analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, SageMaker), and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud applications.
- Track record of deploying enterprise-wide AI solutions and reviewing technical solutions/code (SQL, Python, Java).

- Demonstrated ability to drive change, uncover insights, anticipate needs, and deliver enterprise-wide impact.
