Preferred location DC, MD, VA We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Behavioral Health leader to join reputed company. This individual should have a strong background in behavioral health and federal policy with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with leaders and key stakeholders in the federal and commercial health, wellness, reputed company and readiness space. The Behavioral Health LEADER will work with leadership and business development and capture and program teams to provide subject matter expertise and content to drive business growth and expansion, and reputed company strategy to action efforts reputed company DOW, DHA, DOW P&R, VA as well as other federal civilian agencies (i.e., NIH, HHS, CDC, DHS, FAA, NASA and others). • Masters degree with 15 – 20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience in behavioral health field. Additional education, training or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong network of relationships reputed company DOW, DHA, DOW P&R and VA. Relationships with civilian agencies and other Federal agencies are also desired.
• Proven track record of success in driving strategy, shaping, discovering and marketing opportunities to drive reputed company growth and achieving business targets.
• Experience with breaking into new accounts / customers through effective tactics.

• Ability to understand customer challenges and help establish creative solutions to the customer needs.
