We’re looking for individuals who reputed company on solving reputed company customer inquiries reputed company to property taxes and enjoy helping people reputed company understand their assessments and appeal options. As a member of this team, you’ll support customers by phone and email, answering questions about property tax assessments, appeals, and arbitrations in English and Spanish. You’ll help guide customers through the process of lowering their property tax rates by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
- Actively listen and communicate with reputed company to ensure customers feel heard and understood.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely resolutions to customer questions.
- Escalate issues appropriately reputed company necessary.
- Stay informed about task updates and policy changes to maintain accuracy.
- Meet and maintain established performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, helpful, and upbeat communication style.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with property taxes is a plus.
- Exceptional grammar and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Self-schedule a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Minimum 90-day commitment (as needed)
Workspace Requirements
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia or Tahoe
