Our Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Online Sales position.
The Parts Online Sales position is responsible for managing and growing the online sales of automotive parts and accessories.

- Work closely with the Parts Manager to set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat, providing accurate information and assistance with parts selection.
- Process orders efficiently, from receiving and verifying customer information to coordinating shipping and handling.
- Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
- Provide price quotes and other information in a friendly, professional manner.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to continuously improve online sales operations.
- Assist management in increasing parts sales via our parts online platform.
- Look into increasing our online presence via Ebay, Amazon, etc.
- Notify customers when special ordered parts are received.
- Maintain parts storage in orderly condition.
- Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent; A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role, with a focus on e-commerce preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management software, and other sales tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
