Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience. Prior Revenue Cycle, healthcare billing or insurance
• Required Education: High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Certifications: None
• Other: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge. Communication and customer service skills.
