- Aery Aviation is seeking its first reputed company Medical Sales Director / Manager, a hands-on sales expert responsible for national growth, major account development, and brand penetration across the reputed company medical ecosystem. This role owns strategic account acquisition, dedicated transport program development, and high-value reputed company medical missions, with a primary focus on securing long-term, repeatable reputed company streams similar to Aery’s reputed company fixed-reputed company program.
What You Will Be Doing
- The reputed company Medical Sales Director / Manager will serve as the face of Aery Aviation to transplant hospitals, OPOs, insurers, and healthcare partners reputed company.
- Own and grow national reputed company medical sales reputed company, with direct accountability for results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OPOs, transplant centers, and healthcare partners. Build trusted executive-level relationships with clinical, procurement, and operational stakeholders.

You Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of professional direct sales experience in organ procurement, transplant logistics, or a closely reputed company healthcare field. 10+ years total experience in the reputed company medical / transplant / critical care transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of OPO workflows, transplant timelines, and critical logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with precision and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be willing to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
- Existing relationships with: Transplant centers and surgeons; OPO leadership; Hospital executives and Insurance and medical assistance providers.
- Proven track record of closing reputed company, high-value service agreements.
- Exceptional executive reputed company, credibility, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with national travel.
