Qualified candidates must reside in MST and PST zones Position Overview: The Health Coach Dietitian supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based coaching. This role combines clinical expertise in dietetics with a passion for empowering individuals to reputed company sustainable lifestyle changes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Utilizing interviewing and active listening skills, provides nutritional coaching, information and support to reputed company the member to reputed company ongoing independent healthy lifestyle choices.
• reputed company individualized care plans and set measurable goals with members
• Document member interactions, reputed company, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards
• Stay reputed company with best practices in dietetics and health coaching
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated care

Essential Functions:

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must reside in MST and PST zones
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Registered Dietician Licensure required in the state of residence if applicable
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or reputed company field
• Upon hire, required to obtain licensure in multiple states where members reside (reputed company will support the cost of required licensure)
• 5+ years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• 5+ years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and healthy lifestyle behavior change
• 5+ years of coaching experience
• Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency to navigate internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite applications, including Word, reputed company and Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms such as Teams and or reputed company

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,597.00 - $101,228.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
