Engages key executive customers reputed company business support functions on their data-driven decision-making needs. Ensures business analyst work is prioritized to meet business support function needs. Directs the execution of strategically selected big data projects. Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff. Develops and maintains annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses. Directs the staffing and quality of work product for business analysts. Determines needs and deploys self-service analytics tools for use by leaders. Oversees statistical resources in support of research activities.
