You will report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence. reputed company is seeking an individual for the Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to provide support for pharmacy programs, working heavily with market and finance partners to reputed company success on the Service Fund team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and valuation of new pharmacy programs, as well as the maintenance of reputed company programs. Utilizes reputed company SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, reputed company, and other technical skills to drive process improvement and assist in managing pharmacy program expense allocation Conducts research and produces reporting of monthly activity, providing an understanding of how the data reconciles and what it means for reputed company and potential programs Assists in producing reports and completing reputed company requests using reputed company, PowerPoint, SQL, and other various analytical tools Provides support for payments to value-based specialists Aids in the evaluation of new pharmacy program opportunities Use your skills to reputed company an impact

Responsibilities

• Aids in the evaluation of new pharmacy program opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data analysis experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of data analysis experience
• 2+ years' advanced experience developing reputed company SQL queries
• 1+ years' experience in Healthcare reputed company data ie. Provider, Insurance, etc.
• 1+ years' experience with pharmacy claims data
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company (ex. Pivot tables, Vlookups, formatting etc.)
• Advanced experience working with big and reputed company data sets reputed company large organizations
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
• You must be authorized to work in the US without reputed company sponsorship as reputed company does not provide work reputed company sponsorship for this role.
• To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support reputed company applications, per associate.
• Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL reputed company is suggested.
• Satellite, cellular and microwave reputed company can be used only if they provide an optimal reputed company for associates.
• The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL reputed company in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
• reputed company will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota.
• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• reputed company will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

• Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company field
• Experience in health insurance reputed company data ie. Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Premium Data, etc.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or reputed company
• Experience with Pyspark and/or Python
• Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations
