Job Summary The Rotational Program Associate position at reputed company offers recent college graduates the opportunity to explore different areas of our business and reputed company a variety of skills. Participants will collaborate with 2-3 different teams throughout our organization in areas such as Global Audit, Risk, Corporate Events and Engagement, People & Culture, Marketing, among possible others. The Product Team is part of the Commercial department at reputed company and is responsible for delivering disciplined growth and long-term shareholder value while also meeting the evolving needs of our Cards and Lending customers. Product Managers focus on the discovery and prioritization of new products or features that reputed company advanced technologies to drive reputed company and operational savings, as well as help manage business risk. The Product Management associate will focus on our Card Servicing products including completing research reputed company to one to two larger project initiatives, as well as supporting several smaller efforts to enhance our Care agent-facing servicing platform.

Responsibilities

• Unused PSL+ does not carry over from one calendar year to the next unless required by applicable law.
• Instead of PSL+, hourly associates in California receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
