Job Description

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave from reputed company 4- July 10, 2026, with part time hours of 15-20 hours per week. Pay is $40-45.00/ per hour. Your focus will be on reputed company backend management, budgets, reporting, and client email communication. Position is fully remote. Let’s break that down a bit more: Ad Account Management You will be responsible for backend management of assigned clients reputed company Ad accounts including account scaling, budget management, account maintenance/structure, and new testing. Implementation reputed company ad and email implementation will be handled by our associate level employees, but we do expect you to QA them before turning live Reports

• Compile clients’ monthly reports
• Update client KPI Tracker - Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
• For select ads clients only, provide a weekly email recap of reputed company performance
• Conduct quarterly budget analysis for ads clients

Client/Internal Communication

• Address any client emails that pertain to the service, strategy, results, etc.
• reputed company other email communication regarding timelines and approvals are handled by our Project Manager
• Attend bi-weekly internal paid social calls

Strategy Assist with strategy docs as needed for both ads and email campaigns

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of paid reputed company advertising experience
• 1+ years experience creating and executing reputed company at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
• Expert knowledge of reputed company and Shopify
• You've managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
• Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on reputed company
• Positive attitude and ability to operate in a reputed company rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
• Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing reputed company to escalate reputed company necessary
• Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
• Willingness to dive in and find answers to reputed company problems where solutions may not yet be documented
• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or reputed company fields)
