About the Role

As the RN reputed company, you will play a crucial dual-role as both a clinical expert and an operational leader reputed company the Integrated Care team. You will manage and mentor our Care Coordination staff, serve as the central reputed company of clinical support, and help define and scale the entire nursing function at reputed company. Working directly with the Medical Director and Practice Manager, you will help create, refine, and implement the workflows, scope of practice, and processes that support patient care quality, efficiency, and clinical excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic clinical support across multiple communication channels, including patient portals, live chat, and community boards.

• Serve as the primary representative of Nursing in platform improvements and operational changes.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years RN experience, including ≥2 years in telehealth or remote clinical care.

• Deep understanding of digital health workflows and integrated care models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in patient messaging.
• Comfort with EHRs, patient communication platforms, and clinical decision support tools.
