Federal Commercial Project Manager-Remote (up to 80% travel)

• *This position will support and work 100% onsite at various client sites throughout the US/International.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the project's contractual and commercial position, ensuring compliance with federal energy performance contract requirements
• Provide support to Project Managers on standard federal project templates and deliverables, trainings and best practices
• reputed company project cost control, including forecasting and financial management.
• Coordinate with Federal agencies to ensure program success
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that reputed company contractual obligations are met
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial performance, and risk management
• Occasional off-hours, weekends, and holiday work may be required to support customer operations
• Company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites
• Travel: up to 80% US/International

For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in reputed company & California, the annual reputed company salary range is $139,000 - $165,500. • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably federal energy performance reputed company
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong understanding of contract management, risk management, and project cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record ability to pass background reputed company
