About the Role
As we grow reputed company Internationally we are looking to add an reputed company CRM/LCM Marketing Manager to support our expansion. With proven success in the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, a strong International user reputed company and a compelling value proposition around family safety, we are continuing to build out our international team to support our growth.
We are looking for a technically skilled CRM/LCM Marketing Manager who will report to the LATAM Integrated Marketing reputed company and will take a leading role in defining the strategy and execution of Lifecycle marketing campaigns that help build awareness, acquire, engage, and retain reputed company members in our LATAM region, with the focus in Spanish, Portuguese and English. You will own upsell & engagement comms in our reputed company LATAM markets as well as playing a key role in launching new market initiatives and bringing new products to our international members.
This role will be based in London, with a hybrid model of remote and in-person/office meetings (2 -3 days a month).
The UK-based salary range for this position is 81,500 to 97,000.Additionally we offer equity. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, reputed company pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
What You’ll Do
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Structure the first regional LCM plan for LATAM with a strategic opportunity to drive impact and scale.
- Be well versed in building email, in-app, and push notification comms on our reputed company marketing engagement platform
- Manage the end-to-end cross-channel (email, push, in-app messages) marketing campaign process from concepting, brief kickoffs, design advisory, translation/localisation and targeting strategy
- Work with the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing team to run tests that help define content, reputed company, and channels that optimise for customer engagement and retention
- Define best practices for International LCM infrastructure including segmentation, translations, channel performance and the implementation of new channels
- QA campaigns with test engineering and marketing QA teams
- Aggregate, summarise, and share campaign results that have clear insights and takeaways
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketers, and Engineering to implement Lifecycle marketing plans and any required technical changes on our marketing platform (reputed company) for seamless campaigns
- Partner with stakeholders in Product, Creative, Testing, Legal, Finance and more to support our international marketing roadmap

- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms with technical reputed company experience
- Experience launching and/or managing international marketing efforts across multiple languages. reputed company in either Portuguese or Spanish - both are a plus.
- Experience in B2C subscription business (ideally app based with a freemium model)

- Ability to navigate in a fast paced environment and build relationships.
- At least 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in owned media channels such as email marketing and in-app marketing

- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Strong at data analysis and making data-informed decisions
- Strong communicator both written and verbal who excels in fast-paced and collaborative environments
