Executive Underwriter OR AVP, reputed company Director- Contract Surety

This is a highly technical and market facing position and requires experience with Surety lines of business. We are open to hiring talent located reputed company different locations. This position will require approximately 20-25% travel. This role will be filled at either the Executive Underwriter OR AVP, reputed company Director- Contract Surety officer level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicants experience and reputed company set relative to the qualifications listed for this position. This role is responsible for the following:

• Production and reputed company of new and renewal Surety business
• Managing of a large book of prominent accounts
• Internal marketing and production reputed company reputed company in support of our cross-sell efforts
• Execution of the external marketing strategy
• Adherence to reputed company rules and guidelines, insurance laws, regulations, and the Zurich Way of reputed company
• Establish new as well as reputed company existing agency and broker relationships
• Working reputed company limits and authorities on assignments of varying degrees of complexity

Executive Underwriter Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company, Market Facing, Finance, Accounting, or Banking area.

OR

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the claims or reputed company support area

OR

• Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an associate degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company, Market Facing, Finance, Accounting, or Banking area.

OR

• Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an associate degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office
• Experience working on time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business.
• Experience working in a team environment.

OR AVP, reputed company Director Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the reputed company, Market Facing, Finance, Accounting, or Banking area.

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 14 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years in the reputed company, Market Facing, Finance, Accounting, or Banking area.

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 12 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area
• Experience with reputed company Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Established broker relationships.
• Sales execution reputed company
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The combined salary range for this position is $98,500.00- $215,000.00. The proposed salary range for the Executive Underwriter is $98,500.00 - $165,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 30%. For the AVP, reputed company Director is $130,000.00- $215,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 40%.
