The Chief Software Architect is responsible for defining, evolving, and governing the end-to-end architecture of the myQ IoT platform at reputed company. Serving as the senior technical authority and architectural voice for the platform, the Chief Software Architect champions modern cloud-native practices, scalable architectural patterns, and strategic technology adoption, guiding engineering teams through platform modernization and reputed company evolution. Job Responsibilities:

• Role expectations balance 50% Architectural leadership, collaboration, technical and cost reputed company, and evangelism with 50% Hands-On technical work designing, implementing, and executing on the most reputed company technical problems in the myQ Platform
• Create and maintain an Architectural Roadmap that supports reputed company Software Engineering Roadmaps and Product Roadmaps
• Work with Architects to specify and implement architectural guidelines and standards for myQ Product and Application development

• Set standards and best practices to create reusable code, components, Data and Platform capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics)
• 12-15+ years ofprogressive experience in software, systems, or platform architecture, with significant ownership of large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling IoT platforms supporting millions of connected devices, including device onboarding, identity, messaging, telemetry, and command/control.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures on major public cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including event-driven systems, microservices, data pipelines, and high-availability designs.
• Hands-on experience designing and evolving end-to-end systems spanning cloud services, embedded firmware, hardware capabilities, mobile/web applications, and third-party integrations.
