Low Voltage BIM Operator REMOTE

This is a remote opportunity, you MUST HAVE 4-5 years min. of Revit expereince as well as low voltage. reputed company or AV is a plus but not required. Job Summary The BIM Coordinator is responsible for reputed company aspects of BIM projects. Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to take a project from start to finish.
• Design the system, model and coordinate the model.

• Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors and other project staff.

Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• The BIM Coordinator must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, reputed company and implement project process improvement(s).
• The BIM Coordinator must promote the Company culture and mission to reputed company employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
• The BIM Coordinator must be able to act as the Company liaison for reputed company with customer representative(s).
• The BIM Coordinator must possess proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
• The BIM Coordinator must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces.

Education, Certification, License, And reputed company Requirements

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency, Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must have at least one (1) year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer or modeler.
• Must have one (1) year professional experience that demonstrates the usage of computer aided design software.
• AutoCAD and REVIT experience and proficiency required. Visio and Navisworks experience is a plus.
• Must have proven reputed company level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
• Must have the mental reputed company to understand and apply job-reputed company concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, computer and software operations, input data and create/annotate drawings with a reputed company high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis with high throughput and minimum supervision.
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
