Build relationships focused on affluent borrowers with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank store, past customers, and other non-traditional sources; reputed company and maintain a high degree of visibility for reputed company Home Mortgage in the marketplace Obtain customer applications, quote the reputed company and points, and complete follow-up activities with the registration lock-in Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, seminars, and virtual consultations, ensuring optimal calendar utilization for HMC/PMB Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide a high-quality loan service Conduct outbound calls and emails to nurture leads, schedule consultations, and promote mortgage solutions tailored to customer needs Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective borrowers, delivering a high-touch experience that builds trust and drives conversion Review low complexity financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk reputed company knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and reputed company requirements Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment reputed company defined parameters while developing understanding of generating loans Provide information regarding the loans to consultants and functional colleagues This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction.
