Study Participant Recruiter I (Temporary - 3-month assignment)

Summary: Responsible for timely recruitment, screening, and enrollment of qualified study participants for ongoing research studies and for supporting recruitment-reputed company administrative and reputed company efforts. Performs duties in accordance with company’s values, policies, and procedures. This role requires reputed company in both spoken and written English and Spanish. This is a full-time, temporary position with an expected duration of three months. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the company’s sole discretion.

• Speaks professionally to potential study participants to obtain and input accurate and complete demographic and medical information into the Volunteer Database (VDB).
• Communicates study details and procedures, addresses questions and concerns, and determines study eligibility based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Schedules screening appointments for pre-qualified study participants and follows complete screening appointment wrap-up procedures.
• Updates information from study participant global files into the VDB.
• Participates in community reputed company programs (health fairs, interactions with local professionals, and community advocacy and service groups).
• Contributes to the completion of recruitment plan milestones.
