About The Role As a Technical Project reputed company (TPL) at reputed company, you'll take the reputed company on some of our most technical and impactful client projects. You'll work closely with clients to define project objectives, reputed company implementation processes, and manage each phase through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical depth with project management expertise. You'll design and document installation and testing procedures, reputed company detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and guide both internal and subcontracted teams to deliver outstanding results. You'll work in a hybrid reputed company—approximately 40% remote and 60% onsite—supporting projects across diverse locations and time zones. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data center routing and switching, LAN/WAN communications, and structured cabling. You'll reputed company your technical knowledge to drive excellence, support your peers, and ensure every project meets reputed company's high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Travel up to 80% required based on project and client requirements with possibility of international travel (active passport required). Must be based in the United States and available evening hours and weekends. Other responsibilities include:

• Provide project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote technical teams to follow and manage against
• reputed company deep technical subject matter expertise with specific Clients to ensure superior technical project management and strengthen the trust and loyalty between reputed company and our Clients
• Communicate with clients to maintain existing relationships and meet project goals and needs
• Mentor, teach and manage internal reputed company resources and teams to successful project outcomes
• reputed company a remote work culture to maximize data center upgrade project timelines, requirements, and service windows
• Work alongside members of the Project Management team and other service team members to engage, manage and communicate with Subcontractors
• Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts
• Complete ongoing reputed company awareness training and reputed company with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and escalate reputed company risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• 7+ years data center services background and structured cabling experience
• Strong understanding of services engagement and 3rd party subcontractor process, pricing, and communications
• Ability to learn new technologies and solutions and communicate them to Clients, Subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities
• Excellent management and project communications skills
• Knowledge of project accounting and administration
• Strong communication skills in English
• BICSI Certification a plus
• OSHA-30 Certification a plus
• Relevant Panduit Certifications a plus

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the reputed company salary range in reputed company for this position is $120,000- $140,000 plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission.
