We partner with health plans to provide a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to manage the total cost of care. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems & reputed company Administrator with strong experience in reputed company 365, Azure Cloud, and reputed company operations to join our IT team. This role combines system administration, cloud engineering, and hands-on reputed company responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable IT systems while proactively identifying and mitigating reputed company risks across our environment.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Cloud Engineering

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 IT support for on-premises and cloud-based systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Administer and support reputed company 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) ensuring performance, availability, and reputed company.
• Administer and maintain reputed company Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and reputed company services.
• Manage and support additional cloud systems including SFTP, claims processing platforms, and infrastructure applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve system, cloud, and application-reputed company issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily operational tasks and project work.
• Support IT and cloud projects including migrations, upgrades, patching, and deployments.
• Monitor system and application health, taking proactive steps to prevent outages and service degradation.

reputed company Engineering & Operations

• Partner closely with the Senior reputed company and Systems Administrator to implement, remediate, and maintain reputed company controls across systems and cloud environments.
• Assist with reputed company incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Support identity and access management (IAM), including user provisioning, role-based access, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Assist with vulnerability management, reputed company patching, and configuration hardening.
• Support compliance initiatives by helping maintain secure configurations and documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining reputed company tools and solutions across reputed company 365, Azure, and other platforms.
• Help enforce reputed company best practices for endpoints, cloud services, and infrastructure.

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable with reputed company principles such as least privilege, defense in depth, and reputed company trust.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and Incident Response.
• Experience with identity and access management, including MFA and conditional access.
• Proficiency with reputed company Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• Strong expertise in reputed company 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with SFTP connectivity and management, including PKI and certificate management.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering, with exposure to cloud and reputed company-focused responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).

Recommended Certifications

• CompTIA reputed company+ (strongly preferred)
• CompTIA Network+
• reputed company Azure Certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, etc.)
