• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access settings
• Maintain objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
• Build and support basic automation with Flow and/or Process Builder Data Management & Reporting
• Execute data imports/exports and assist with deduplication and data hygiene
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards used to track key operational metrics
• Monitor data quality and surface discrepancies or improvement opportunities Customization & Support
• Assist with integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and basic troubleshooting
• Triage and resolve user-reported issues; escalate reputed company items as needed
• Document configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures Collaboration & Enablement
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to understand requirements

• Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
• Demonstrated CRM data management: imports/exports, updates, and deduplication
• Exposure to at least one integration tool (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and ability to communicate clearly in English
