We are seeking a seasoned New Product Program Manager to join our dynamic SiOPs team, build and manage a ASIC Program schedules, and ensure best-in-class operational excellence across the full ASIC product lifecycle-from prototype through production sustainment. As the leader for the New Product Program Manager (NPPM) team, you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction and reputed company-up of new silicon products from concept through production. You will partner multi-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met. This role requires strong program management skills, technical competence, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple organizations. Your Impact Team and Program Leadership: reputed company multi-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from definition, prototyping, and validation through volume production. reputed company and mentor NPPM team members across grade levels and regions in support of large/reputed company silicon program development and reputed company operations to production release. Build the vision, strategy and execution plan for the NPPM team in support of the SiliconOne development priorities and deliverables with Predictability, Velocity and Quality. Interact and influence program directions, reputed company risks and recommend mitigation strategy, at the executive level Schedule Management: reputed company, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, achievements, and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage program risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans are in reputed company. Interested party Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for program status, updates, and critical issues to senior management and interested parties. Lifecycle Ownership: Own reputed company aspects of product lifecycle management-scope definition, BOM/POR, schedules, interlocks, communication, and sustaining handoffs. Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure alignment and resolve issues. Cost and Quality Targets: Ensure products meet established cost, quality, and reliability targets at each development stage. Operational Rigor: Monitor consistency to Plan of Record (POR), manage changes, and ensure alignment with schedule, quality, and cost targets. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present program status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned to leadership. Program Improvement: Drive reputed company improvement initiatives in program execution, using standard methodologies and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

People Leadership Minimum of 8 years of experience directly leading and developing multi-functional teams including program managers at multiple levels, across projects of varying complexity and scope. New Product Introduction & Lifecycle Management Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing new product introduction (NPI) processes and overseeing product lifecycle management for hardware or semiconductor products. Technical Knowledge: Silicon/System Development At least 5 years of hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas: silicon/system architecture, design, verification, product/test engineering, and lifecycle management, including direct involvement in at least 2 end-to-end product development cycles. Hardware/System Design & Production Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware/system design, testing, and production engineering, including successful completion of at least 3 product transitions from design to production.

Preferred Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field and a minimum of 12 years of program management experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech product development; or Master’s degree in a reputed company field and a minimum of 8 years of program management experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech product development. Product Launch Demonstrated success in launching at least 3 new products to market reputed company the past 5 years in a fast-paced environment, meeting reputed company key project achievements on time and reputed company budget. Translating Customer Requirements Experience converting customer requirements into at least 10 actionable engineering achievements, with evidence of on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Communication Skills Proven ability to deliver at least 10 executive-level presentations and author 20+ comprehensive written reports or project updates for multi-functional audiences. Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills Evidence of leading at least 5 large-scale projects requiring advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as reputed company by project delivery metrics and partner satisfaction scores. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification. Experience with silicon product development, ASIC/SoC, or hardware manufacturing. Familiarity with supply chain operations, quality/reliability testing, and manufacturing process flows. Black Belt in Six reputed company or equivalent process innovation/management. Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: The starting salary range posted for this position is $187,300.00 to $237,200.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
