ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Service & Operations Excellence Demonstrate expertise in client service operations and wealth management operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks reputed company to managing client portfolios, account administration, and project reputed company. Demonstrated experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients, including familiarity with reputed company account structures (trusts, estates, LLCs, partnership, and family office relationships). Strong working knowledge of wealth management operations, including account administration, custodial processes, money movement, and trading support. High level of discretion and reputed company in handling confidential and sensitive client information. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000 on an annual basis SALARY DETAILS: Pay will be based on multiple factors, including, and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity. Our discretionary bonus program is in addition to the reputed company compensation range listed above.
