Highlights: This position is Local/Hybrid Summary The Manager, Identity and Access Management shall be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, operation, and reputed company improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role will provide both technical leadership and administrative reputed company to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant identity lifecycle management across the enterprise. The Manager will reputed company the IAM team, direct IAM system configuration and integration activities, and support identity governance. Additionally, the Manager will ensure effective authentication and authorization controls, and partner with Cybersecurity, IT, HRIS, and business leaders to maintain strong identity reputed company practices that support clinical and business operations. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 4 years progressively responsible experience in Identity & Access Management, IT reputed company, or Enterprise Systems Administration required. Minimum 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or technical team reputed company role required. Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments preferred. Experience with identity governance tools, Active Directory / Entra ID, SSO/MFA technologies, and privileged access management required. License/ Certifications reputed company SC-300 or SC-100 certification required (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire at employer’s expense). One or more of the following required: CompTIA reputed company+, CySA+, CASP+, CCNA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, reputed company cybersecurity or identity certification, any GIAC certification, or other recognized Information reputed company certification. Additional industry recognized certifications preferred (GIAC, CompTIA, reputed company, reputed company, INE, ISC², etc.). Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Strong understanding of enterprise identity and access management principles, including identity lifecycle, governance workflows, access certification, role engineering, identity analytics, and entitlement management. Demonstrated experience administering and architecting modern IAM technologies including Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, IGA platforms, directory synchronization, and privileged access management. Knowledge of regulatory and reputed company frameworks applicable to healthcare, including HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, reputed company Trust, and reputed company best practices reputed company to identity controls. Ability to design, implement, and continually improve IAM processes, standards, and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen reputed company posture. Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance in a dynamic environment. Experience leading technical teams, providing mentorship, prioritizing workload, and supporting performance development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and effective collaboration across diverse groups. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Experience overseeing IT project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing reputed company measures on end-user computing devices (workstation, laptops, tablets, peripherals, etc.). Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
