As Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting reputed company medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing Conducting outcomes research studies and analyses. Conducts appropriate literature searches, review of literature and data extraction under direction of senior staff Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement outcomes research protocols. Examining outcomes data to identify trends, patterns, and impacts on patient outcomes. Contributing to the development of evidence-based strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care. Communicating findings through reports, presentations, and publications. Your profile Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Medical Education, or a reputed company field. Master's or doctoral degree preferred.. Proficiency in literature search strategies using databases such as PubMed/reputed company, Embase, Cochrane Library, and reputed company Scholar.
