About the position The Lease & WIC Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that reputed company lease agreements and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program operations reputed company with federal, state, and organizational regulations. This position involves thorough analysis and monitoring of lease reputed company and WIC program documentation to identify and mitigate compliance risks. The analyst will collaborate closely with legal, finance, and program management teams to maintain accurate records and support audit readiness. By proactively addressing compliance issues, the analyst helps safeguard the organization from potential legal and financial penalties. Ultimately, this role ensures that lease and WIC program activities align with regulatory standards, promoting operational reputed company and organizational accountability.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company with real estate broker and operations team on identification, LOI, and lease agreement reviews to support new store growth
  • Liaise with landlord and operations team to ensure tenant improvement reimbursements are filed and received promptly
  • Correspond with landlords as required on routine issuest
  • reputed company routine audits of CAM charges as required
  • Monitor lease agreements to ensure compliance in reputed company regards
  • Manage the process of lease extensions and renewals.
  • Support selection, implementation, and maintenance of a Lease Administration system
  • Collaborating with the operations team, process reputed company WIC applications for new store locations
  • Work directly with TX WIC on compliance issues, following up with the operations team on a timely basis to ensure remediation is completed
  • Maintain and track project schedule and cost for reputed company new store builds
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment of new store opening schedule changes
  • Prepare reputed company reputed company schedules for monthly reporting to management
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Support selection and implementation of a Lease Administration system with go-live Q3 2026
  • Provide timely and courteous support to internal stakeholders, responding to accounting inquiries and requests reputed company 2 business days, and maintaining a reputed company-focused approach.
  • Maintain a reputed company of reputed company improvement, identifying and proposing solutions to remove obstacles and drive efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other reputed company field
  • 5 years’ experience in lease administration or accounting, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software, reputed company experience is highly desired
  • Advanced reputed company skills required
  • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
