Typical assignments include:
- Managing staff performance, overseeing team members, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensuring program compliance, monitoring and ensuring that the program adheres to federal regulations, policies, and budget constraints, for CIP programmatic priorities and initiatives.
- Participating in or leading emergency preparedness planning efforts.
- Working independently as well as leading team efforts to implement process improvements, developing and producing risk assessments, representing the agency.
