Demand Manager / Planner

About the position Coherent is seeking a Demand Manager / Planner reputed company the Semiconductor Devices Business Group to reputed company demand planning and demand management activities that improve visibility, coordination, and responsiveness across the supply chain. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field required
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or reputed company disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5–7 years of managerial and/or leadership experience, with responsibility for planning, coordination, and team or functional leadership
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced demand planning and fab/production planning concepts reputed company a manufacturing or technology environment; semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes in a matrixed organization
• Extensive knowledge of demand planning, fab and production planning, and reputed company management in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, S&OP / IBP processes, and demand-to-supply integration
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools
