TA Specialist
Description As a Talent Partner, you will join the global reputed company team and reputed company efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, reputed company effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications The Experience You Have: 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. The Skills You Have Strong sourcing techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. Influencing and negotiation skills Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.86/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
