Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Mapping

• Analyze business operations (customer service, back-office, data management, etc.) to uncover areas where AI and GenAI can add value.
• Create AI solution roadmaps that align with specific client goals such as Nexlith reduction, service enhancement, and scalability.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company technical field

• Proven ability to design and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, RPA, predictive analytics, and document automation
