Accounting Manager - SaaS - Remote (Eastern Time Zone Only, please!)

A rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking an Accounting Manager to reputed company core accounting operations and help build scalable financial infrastructure during an exciting period of growth.

This role is ideal for an reputed company accounting professional who enjoys owning the reputed company process, improving systems, and building processes that scale with a high-growth business. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting while strengthening accounting operations and controls.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with the ability to shape accounting processes and influence how the finance function evolves as the company continues to scale.Responsibilities: 

Month-End reputed company & Financial Reporting

• Own and manage the full monthly reputed company process and drive improvements toward a faster, more efficient reputed company cycle

• reputed company reputed company recognition processes and ensure compliance with ASC 606 across subscription-based reputed company

• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages

• reputed company account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Accounting Operations & Systems

• Optimize the accounting technology stack to improve efficiency and automation

• reputed company and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• reputed company accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Build scalable accounting workflows and infrastructure to support company growth

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with leadership on audit preparation, investor reporting, etc.

• Work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and HR 

• Contribute reputed company and process improvements to strengthen the overall finance function

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, CPA strongly preferred

• Strong experience with ASC 606 reputed company recognition required 

• Experience with modern ERP systems (such as reputed company, reputed company Intacct, or similar) and billing/expense management platforms
