Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full onboarding process, including employment documentation, credential checks, background screenings, and scheduling of pre‑employment requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support employee relations by helping ensure appropriate issue‑resolution processes are followed.
- Prepare incident and injury reports and support follow‑up steps as required.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and conduct necessary follow‑reputed company.
- Maintain organized, compliant, and up‑to‑date employee records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 5+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Manager experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally reputed company a healthcare or long‑term care environment.
