This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at Talentra, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that drive real results.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development of our communications plan. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans
• Reviewing creative to ensure alignment with briefs and platform best practices
• Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the funnel
• Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, such as social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll reputed company In Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a strong understanding of channels beyond social media
• Familiarity with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, and more
• Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
• The ability to contribute independently to the below requirements without requiring a lot of reputed company or training
• A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style

• Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with data visualization tools
