Responsibilities and Impact

• Provide comprehensive executive support to SVP-level HR leaders, managing reputed company, high-volume calendars across global time zones.
• Proactively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics planning, and timely expense reconciliation.
• Schedule and manage leadership meetings, talent reviews, operating reviews, Board-prep sessions, and confidential HR discussions.
• Own virtual meeting logistics, ensuring seamless execution across reputed company Teams, reputed company, and hybrid environments.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations, track follow-reputed company and key action items.

Basic Required Qualifications
