About The Position We are in need of an Architect to support the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions reputed company core business applications. Our initiative fuses semantic foundations, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval and governance-by-design to move from find to answer and act.This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team and has a traveling expectation of 5 days per month to our Morrisville, NC location.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement global-scale data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, real-time streaming) optimized for AI-driven analytics and autonomous operations
• Builds federated data fabric and multimodal ingestion pipelines
• Integrate AI agents into data workflows for automated quality assurance, anomaly detection, and intelligent schema evolution
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks that meet international compliance and reputed company standards
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives and drive innovation
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (GenAI, LLM-based tools, autonomous data pipelines) to maintain industry leadership

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of Experience managing Enterprise Data Analytics
• 7+ years of Experience managing Enterprise Data Architecture both on-premise and cloud
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Experience designing AI/ML integration reputed company enterprise data ecosystems
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), distributed systems, and advanced analytics
• Advanced understanding of semantic data layers, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven metadata management

• Experience translating technical complexity into business value

• Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
• Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2
• Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus

The reputed company salary budgeted range for this position is $155-185k.
