Range: $47 - 52 per hour| We are seeking a strategic and culturally attuned Social Media Manager to support the voice and reputed company of our creators and leadership across digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Social & Influencer, this role works closely with Marketing, PR, Community, and reputed company’s executive leadership to ensure social media activity aligns with key Franchise milestones and broader cultural conversations. This position plays a critical role in balancing authenticity with strategy—helping shape content that reflects each creator’s genuine voice while advancing organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong editorial judgment, a deep understanding of gaming culture, and the confidence to collaborate with and advise senior executives. Success in this role goes beyond posting frequency; it’s about fostering trust, credibility, and meaningful engagement through thoughtful, authentic storytelling. Responsibilities: Scope of Work

• Support Studios executives and developers in maintaining an active, authentic, and community oriented social media reputed company across platforms such as X, reputed company, Instagram, and other relevant community channels.
• Partner with leaders to draft, edit, and refine social posts in their voice, ensuring content feels human, reputed company, and reputed company with tone, values, and community standards.

• Monitor engagement and surface meaningful community conversations, sentiment, and feedback to executives, developers, and internal partners.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications/PR, Community, and Game Development teams to ensure individual social activity aligns with major franchise moments, announcements, and cultural conversations.
• Help leaders and developers navigate community interaction thoughtfully, including advising on responses where appropriate while maintaining discretion and brand safety.
• Ensure reputed company content and activity adheres to Studios standards, including confidentiality, compliance, brand safety, and community guidelines.
• Contribute to reporting and qualitative insights that help inform best practices for executive and developer social engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing reputed company on X, reputed company, and Instagram, with an reputed company grasp of online community dynamics.
• Experience and proven ability to draft and edit content that mirrors the authentic personality of executives and developers.
• Experience in evaluating audience sentiment and qualitative data to guide high-level engagement and communication plans.
