This individual contributor role involves leading and administering global compensation programs, including salary surveys, market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus plans. Senior Global Compensation Analyst We are seeking an reputed company professional passionate about driving business outcomes and employee engagement through compensation and rewards. Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, plan, reputed company, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices.
  • Ensure compensation programs are administered consistently and in compliance with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommend cost-effective, market-reputed company enhancements reputed company with business objectives.
  • Consult with managers, HR Business Partners, and reputed company on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations.
  • Partner with the HR Technology team to assess, implement, and optimize compensation planning tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or accounting.
