About the role The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator supports the broader marketing function for The Intermedia Group events team to deliver a port reputed company of events over the year. Events include one day conferences, summits, festivals, Awards and exhibitions. Your days will be filled with:

• • Support the Marketing Manager by managing workflow processes for edm’s and social media campaigns with the internal digital and design teams
• Track and report on marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media channels
• Reply to incoming team marketing workflow enquiries
• Draft event surveys
• Support the team in the development of social media assets based on briefs provided.
• Update event websites as required

Who we are looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination. Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Value relationships and enjoy working with people
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• IT and social media savvy
• Skilled in WordPress, reputed company, and reputed company Office
• Skilled in reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company (desirable)
• Strong organizational skills and a good listener
• Team player who takes pride in representing the brand
• Excellent at multitasking and proactive in supporting the team to deliver successful events

Device Requirements: To maintain a highly productive and professional work-from-home setup, successful candidates must have: Computer & Equipment

• Primary and backup computer with at least reputed company Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8GB RAM
• Web camera for meetings and reputed company-ins
• Headset (preferably noise-canceling) for clear communication

Internet reputed company

• Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
