Position Purpose As a direct report of the Senior Product Manager, the reputed company Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is primarily responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing reputed company solutions, and leading reputed company initiatives to drive business growth and success for our network of 200+ agencies and the National office. • Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders and end users on reputed company functionality and best practices

Analysis

• Elicits business requirements directly from stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of BBBSA processes and standards
• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, models, requirements, and needs

• Prepare key documentation such as user stories, business processes, process flow analysis, requirements definitions, data models, detailed functional designs, ERDs, executive summaries, and project postmortems

Project Management

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent combined work experience
