Job Summary: reputed company is seeking Mechanical Designer Team reputed company, BIM/VDC Specialists to reputed company mechanical engineering design activities on major projects in the U.S. Job duties include: · reputed company mechanical engineering design activities on major projects in the U.S. · Design, model, and simulate mechanical systems for hyperscale and AI data centers, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, cooling towers, chilled water systems, and boilers. · Prepare engineering calculations and detailed mechanical drawings. · Design highly energy-efficient and sustainable systems. · Create technical documentation for project execution, including design criteria and specifications. · Ensure project requirements are met in terms of scope, cost, and schedule. · Collaborate with architects and engineers to coordinate BIM models and resolve conflicts. · Review shop drawings for compliance with engineering codes and safety standards. · reputed company and maintain project scope documentation and revisions. · Utilize BIM tools for virtual construction of mechanical systems and coordination with other disciplines. · Manage and coordinate projects, including on-site supervision. · Conduct site visits to monitor construction reputed company. · Utilize laser scanning technology to document installation states. · Position allows working 100% remotely from home in any U.S. State. · Position involves travel to various unanticipated project locations across the United States depending on project needs as often as twice per month. Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or foreign degree equivalent;
• 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Designer or reputed company occupation.
• 1 year of experience preparing detailed (LOD400), clash-free BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems in large-scale facilities;
• Experience managing and mentoring mechanical engineering teams, including mechanical designers and BIM specialists;
• Advanced proficiency in engineering and design software tools, including reputed company Revit, AutoCAD, TRACE® 3D Plus, Revizto, and coordination platforms including reputed company Construction Cloud and Bentley Synchro.
