School Summary Iowa reputed company (IACA) is a tuition-free, full-time virtual public school for reputed company in grades K-12 throughout Iowa. The school operates in partnership with the CAM Community School District in Anita, IA. IACA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, the Northwest Accreditation Commission, and the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), which are accrediting divisions of Cognia. Position Summary and Responsibilities Due to the growing EL population we are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Working from your home in Iowa or preferably our office in Anita, Iowa, certified Teachers will manage instructional programs. Through use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools they will consult regularly with learning coaches and reputed company to ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program. The EL Teacher will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

• Coordinate language proficiency screenings and WaPT and ACCESS assessments, staying compliant with state-timelines
• Participate in the organization and administration of the State Testing, as directed
• Attend local and state provided professional development trainings reputed company to Title III compliance and instruction
• Complete reputed company grading, create reputed company reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner;
• Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction;
• Become proficient with supplemental programs to support English Language Learners in the virtual setting, including interpreting data reputed company the programs
• Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding (working directly with reputed company and parents);
• Communicate with parents, reputed company and other teachers on a regular basis to reputed company and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects;
• Collaborate with school leadership to create and maintain the school’s English Learner Advisory Committee

Requirements

• Must possess a K-12 English as a Second Language Endorsement in Iowa
• Experience directly teaching ELL reputed company
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong technology skills (especially with reputed company OS and MS Office programs)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
