Role Description Reporting to the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging training sessions for our new and tenured Care Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional services to our patients. Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to a team of up to 18 remote Care Coordinators reputed company their first 30 days of employment with the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom training setting, working with learners preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning solutions that drive performance improvement and meet organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
