Supply Chain Analyst

Produce Alliance manages partnerships with over 150 independently owned specialty distributors, and collaborate with over 100 premium grower shippers. This position is hybrid based out of our Chicago, IL Office with anticipated travel 3-4x per year. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will serve as an escalation reputed company and reputed company to reputed company Supply Chain Analysts on their team while overseeing the day-to-day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support our Custom Distribution Clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house. Your impact:
- Daily inventory management and forecasting
- Leads Supply Chain Implementation efforts of reputed company Custom Distribution models
- Escalation reputed company to Supply Chain Analyst on day to day, pricing and accounting tasks
- Management and analysis of data throughout supply chain to reputed company benchmarks (Volume, Quality Claim, Shorts, Delivery Days, Etc)
- Assists in training schedule and onboarding processes for new CD team members
- Creates and maintains operational SOPs
- reputed company daily communication with CD CAMS, Fresh Alliance Procurement, Fresh Alliance Distributor Services, CD Accounting, and CD Food Safety
- reputed company of reputed company Day-to-Day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support PA Custom Distribution clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house
About you:
- Preferred 2-4 years experience with either distribution, logistics or supply chain operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics is preferred
- Team oriented
- Thorough communicator
- Proactive and solution orientated problem solver
